Partnerships

Local Community Press considers collaborations that fit its interest in shared knowledge, useful exchange and community-made resources. Every proposal is assessed for relevance, clarity and a fair distinction between editorial and commercial material.

Possible collaborations

We consider clearly defined projects such as reader resources, themed placements, event or project visibility and other partnerships with a genuine connection to the publication's subject. Proposals should explain the intended audience, the material involved and what each party would contribute.

Partner placements

Relevant partner placements may appear across the site, including in recurring site areas. Their wording and presentation must make their partner status clear wherever they appear. We do not disguise advertising as editorial content or imply an endorsement that has not been made.

Editorial boundaries

Partners do not control article conclusions, corrections or editorial decisions. We may decline proposals that are unclear, unsuitable for readers or inconsistent with the publication's focus. A partnership proposal does not guarantee placement.

Starting a conversation

Use the Contact page and choose the partnership option. Describe the proposed collaboration, the placement or work you have in mind, and how it relates to community-led resourcefulness.
